The following General Conditions regulate the acquisition of products and services offered on the website www.bluevert.com, owned by BLUEVERT LAB, S.L. (hereinafter, BLUEVERT).

The acquisition of any of the products and services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products and services. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to carefully read their content before proceeding to purchase any of the products and services offered.

All notifications and communications between the users of the website and BLUEVERT will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made through any of the means detailed above.


BLUEVERT is an online service for the sale of cosmetic and nutraceutical products, containing Marine Microalgae. The products, the descriptive sheet with details, the ingredients and components, the information and their price appear on the screen. BLUEVERT reserves the right to decide, at any time, on the products and services to be offered to Clients. In this way, BLUEVERT may, at any time, add new products and services to those currently offered. Likewise, BLUEVERT reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products and services offered.

All this without prejudice to the fact that the acquisition of products and services can only be done through the subscription or registration of the USER. The User himself will create his Username and Password, through the means provided by BLUEVERT on the platform, which will personally identify and enable him to have access to the products and services. Once inside www.bluevert.com, and to access the contracting of the different products and services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will mean reading and accepting all the general conditions and details posted on www.bluevert.com.


BLUEVERT guarantees the availability of all the products that are advertised on its website every week, having the corresponding Stock. BLUEVERT is not responsible for the damages that may occur to the USER as a result of failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks and that cause suspension, cancellation or interruption of the www.bluevert.com service during its provision.


To make any purchase on www.bluevert.com, the customer must be of legal age. In addition, it will be necessary for the client to register at www.bluevert.com through a data collection form in which BLUEVERT is provided with the necessary information for contracting; data that in any case will be true, exact and complete about your identity and that the client must expressly consent to by accepting BLUEVERT’s privacy policy.

The steps to follow to make the purchase are:

  1. Select the products on the web page and click on “Add” to add them to the cart.
  2. Confirm order. The selected products, the units of each product with the individual price and the total price with the breakdown of the base price and taxes appear on the screen.
  3. Once the order is confirmed, the User will enter the checkout. He will need to log in to his account, if he has not previously done so, or create a new account, if he does not already have an existing account. Once this is done, you must fill in the details of your delivery and/or billing address, if you do not yet have one associated with your account.
  4. After confirming the address, in the next step, Shipping/Pickup, the user selects the shipping option they want. Shipping costs are reported on this screen.
  5. Next, you will go to the last step, Payment, where you can make the payment through the chosen method.
  6. Within a maximum period of 48 hours after making the payment, the customer receives an email confirming the order and its breakdown. Likewise, it is recommended that the customer prints and/or saves a copy of the sales conditions on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by BLUEVERT by email.
  7. Throughout the process the user will be able to see the breakdown of the base price, VAT and shipping costs.


The duration of contracting the services ends with the delivery of the order.



The order will be delivered to the address designated by the client at the time of contracting according to the chosen method.


 Expected delivery times are 2 to 5 days (Portugal and Spain) and 5 to 10 business days for international deliveries.


Price of products and services listed on www.bluevert.com will be expressed in Euros, unless otherwise stated, and will be guaranteed for the duration of the process and regardless of the destination of the order. The price of the minimum order to process a home delivery is one unit of any product.

  • The products have VAT included.
  • Shipping costs are NOT included in the price, but are indicated separately.
  • There are no other additional expenses.

Product prices may change at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be the one in force on the date of placing the order. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the user formalizes his acceptance.

BLUEVERT shall have the right to cancel any order or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons:

  • In the event of a technical and/or typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the data of the products contained on the website when the order was placed.
  • When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.
  • When the order could not be delivered to the address provided.


The payment method to make the purchase is by VISA, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, 4B and PAYPAL.

If it is necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same payment card. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the company in accordance with the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation and with total confidentiality.


The Client has the possibility of obtaining discounts and promotions when placing orders with BLUEVERT. The dynamics of each discount or promotion is detailed at the time of their publication. The conditions of use of discount coupons and promotions are as follows:

  • All discount coupons, codes and promotions will be applied to the products detailed in each advertised promotion.
  • Only one discount coupon or code will be applied per order and can only be used once per person, unless otherwise stipulated. Discounts or codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other BLUEVERT offer.
  • Discounts or codes have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other option.
  • In the event that BLUEVERT detects any attempt to manipulate the system or impersonate user identities to carry out fraudulent use of discounts or codes, it will immediately invalidate the order, the use of that discount or code and may cancel the user’s account. BLUEVERT reserves the right to carry out any necessary action, to the extent possible, to protect itself against fraudulent or incorrect redemptions. Likewise, if the case arises, BLUEVERT may request the Customer to refund the unduly obtained promotional amount.


BLUEVERT guarantees that its products have all the general guarantees provided for in the General Law of Consumers and Users (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws) including right of withdrawal, right of change and right of return.



If you want to make an exchange you will have to return the product and make a purchase again. We will refund the amount of the order that has changed when the product sent by you arrives, and by crediting the bank card with which you made the purchase through our website, unless you choose a different payment method. If you paid for your order through your PayPal customer account, you must provide any bank card you own so that, where appropriate, we can deposit or collect the difference in amounts.

For any exchange, the product must not have been used and must be returned in perfect condition and including labels and instructions and guarantees (if any).

Apart from this, you must fill in the return note (reverse of the delivery note) that was sent to you along with your order.

If you need a duplicate of the return receipt to attach to the order, you can either contact our Customer Service through our contact form or through the email info@bluevert.com so that they can send it to you.


After examining the item in our warehouse, customer service will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid and if so, we will proceed to refund the full amount of the purchase (except return costs and the amount of the gift wrap, if applicable) within a period of 30 days after the product arrives at our warehouse and on the same bank card with which you made the initial purchase, unless you choose a different payment method. If you paid for your order through your PayPal account and return it to our warehouse, we will credit the amount of the return to your PayPal account.

If the conditions set for the return are not met and we do not accept it, our customer service will contact you anyway, to inform you of the reasons for the non-acceptance and so that you do not say where we can send you the return. order. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by you.

According to the regulations, the consumer and user are informed of the existence of the right to WITHDRAW from a contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of November 16, approving the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. However, in relation to the products sold on www.bluevert.com, the exception established in Art.103, section d) of RD 1/2007, of November 16, will apply to this right of withdrawal, by the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.


The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, its replacement, a price reduction or the termination of the contract, as established in Chapter II Title IV Book II of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. If the product is not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may choose between the repair or replacement of the product, both being free for the consumer, which will be carried out within a reasonable period of time depending on the nature of the products. and the purpose for which they were intended. If the replacement is completed and the product is delivered, it is still not in accordance with the contract, the consumer may demand its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract. Specific observations in this regard:

  • If it is due to causes attributable to BLUEVERT, such as breakage of the container during transport, loss or theft of any of the products during transport or failure to preserve a dish, BLUEVERT will replace the defective or missing dish as soon as possible. the order, provided there is availability of the same or another with similar characteristics. If none of these situations occur, the amount of the dish is refunded and the customer is given a Discount Coupon for the next order.

BLUEVERT may suspend, withdraw or partially or totally cancel the services subject to contracting at any time and without the need for prior notice. The previous provision will not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or that are subject to prior contracting and that will be governed by their specific conditions.


To file any complaint or claim with BLUEVERT, the customer should contact the customer service department either at the telephone number 968186072, or through the email address info@bluevert.com. To process claims related to the incidents indicated in point 12, we ask the customer to take photos of the product in poor condition or whose packaging is broken or defective and send it to the Customer Service Department together with the written claim. According to the EU Consumer Online Dispute Resolution and in accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission provides all consumers with a dispute resolution platform online that is available at the following link: http://ec.europa. eu/consumers/odr/.


The present conditions will be governed by current Spanish Legislation. The language used will be the Spanish language. In case of having to resort to the Courts to settle any dispute between the parties, if the user is a consumer, the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the user will apply.
