FAQs

How can we help you?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 5-10 business days for shipping, depending on the selected shipping method.

If the products have arrived damaged, or do not correspond to the order placed, a detailed written complaint must be submitted to BLUEVERT LAB by email at info@bluevert.com within 15 days of receiving the order. Afterwards, the Product(s) must be returned to LABORATORIOS BLUEVERT at the following P.I. Base 2000 Calle 9 Nave 3 30564 Lorqui Murcia, SPAIN.

Once they arrive at their destination, and the case has been analysed, BLUEVERT LAB will have the possibility of refunding the products, excluding any exchange. In this case, the return costs will be reimbursed to the Customer if the error or damage has been in the entire order.

If the Customer cancels his order of his own free will, without there being an error or damage to the product(s) received, BLUEVERT LAB will reimburse the customer for the cost of said products but NOT the shipping cost, the shipping costs will be €15 (Europe and UK) and €30 (rest of the world).

In the event that the Client cancels an order in which free shipping costs were included, at the time of reimbursement BLUEVERT LAB will subtract the shipping cost from the amount to be reimbursed, corresponding to the shipping costs for the return.

Products must be returned to LABORATORIOS BLUEVERT at the following address:  LABORATORIOS BLUEVERT, Base 2000 Calle 9 Nave 3. 30564 Lorqui. Murcia, SPAIN.

 

Returnable Items:

  • Products unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any);
  • Faulty items damaged/broken during transportation;

Non-returnable items:

  • Products purchased in promotion for nearing expiry date;
  • Open, used products;
  • Any issue with the products detected after the 15 days of being delivered.

Before making a complaint about a delay, please note that on standard shipping, the dates provided in the shipping confirmation e-mail are only expected ones.
We cannot give 100% assurance because there are procedures that are beyond our control, for instance, customs that are regulated by local Government guidelines.

The stated period does not include the necessary customs clearance time when your order arrives in the country of destination (in the case of countries outside the European Union). Local customs have their own rules and procedures and unfortunately, we have no power over them.

All our orders include samples so that you may complement your routine and at the same time try new products.

  • Portugal (Mainland) and Spain (Mainland and Baleares) – Free shipping costs on purchases over € 45. Shipping costs on purchases under € 45 are € 4.50 (Spain) and € 2.99 (Portugal). 
  • Portugal (Açores and Madeira) – Free shipping costs on purchases over € 65. Shipping costs on purchases under € 65 are € 7.50. 
  • Spain (Canary Islands) – Free shipping costs on purchases over € 65. Shipping costs on purchases under € 65 are € 7.50.
  • Ceuta and Melilla – Shipping costs are € 10.50. 
  • Europe and UK – Shipping costs are € 15. 
  • Russia and Rest of the World – Shipping costs are €
